Our basic support agreement is designed for small businesses with limited IT support needs who do not regularly require incident support, but appreciate the peace of mind provided by regular health checks, discounted rates and priority access when support is needed. Our basic support agreement includes the following

• Four hours of on-site support included per month
• A regular bi-monthly healthcheck and on-site maintenance visit
• Discounted on-site support rates - from £50 per hour
• A discounted rate of £15 per incident* for remote support
• Free standby server loan for 1 business day, £150/day thereafter
