- 20 hours of on-site support per month
- Up to 20 inclusive remote support incidents* per month
- Discounted rates from £40 per hour for on-site support & £15 per incident for remote support
- A weekly one hour healthcheck and on-site guaranteed support visit
- Inclusive managed backup service, including tape rotation & offsite fireproof media storage
- Bespoke Service Level Agreement (SLA) defining guaranteed response times and 24-hour call out option
- FREE standby server for up to five days, £150/day thereafter - saving up to £500 per day
